Overview

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Business Development Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will join a well-known international law firm working directly with the partners across the office supporting them and working part of a close team. Key areas of responsibility: Co-ordinate the delivery of specific local events from end-to-end Provide high level support on other UK wide events Act as support lead on location specific tenders, capability statements and materials needed for client BD meetings Support on location specific internal and external communications Working with the Regional Marketing & BD Manager, support on the co-ordination of sponsorship campaigns from end-to-end Produce engaging and relevant marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures and placemats. Tracking budgets and reporting on spend Provide social media support Skills and Experience: Have experience working within a Corporate environment, ideally, within Professional Services Strong communication skills Excellent Interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Have a positive 'can-do’ attitude Be IT literate Strong writing skills are essential
