Overview

Kantar is looking for a Director of Member Content who takes our performance to the next level. This role directs two HTML developers and one Adobe Campaign Manager. It reports into the Vice President, Membership and is instrumental to the success of communication with our panel members. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, an understanding of what high quality looks like, and drive performance on data-informed decisions. You’ll manage the email, traffic and analytics supporting our member communications in partnership with our Director of Member Communications. Nobody knows consumers better than Kantar. KEY OUTCOMES Evangelize content marketing throughout the organization Improve our abilities to measure the impact of content and campaigns Develop a set of dashboards/reports that communicate marketing performance Development and optimization of the lead management process and lead scoring methodology to ensure quality leads are generated with minimum lead leakage Leveraging processes and tools, grow the database, including integrity, enrichment, build out, and targeting/segmentation approach Meet calendar goals for HTML and analytics development CAPABILITIES Experience in SEO, marketing automation and conversion optimization Experience with Adobe Campaign manager and HTML email development Excellent project and time management skills Strong experience in content marketing with a proven track record of achieving goals and leading high-performance teams (min. size of 5 members) An entrepreneurial mindset and inclination toward telling stories with data JOIN US At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
