The focus of this role will be the development of content marketing and thought leadership campaigns aiming to generate sales leads and brand equity. Within our global Insights Division, you will oversee a team and work closely with the wider marketing team, senior stakeholders from across the business, as well as third parties (e.g. digital agency, freelance designers) to generate a growing flow of sales leads for our domain-led offer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Defining the content strategy contributing to Kantar's brand growth and positioning our organisation as the go-to-partner across our chosen domains Assessment of content marketing needs across the Insights Division with different stakeholders and creation of content marketing plan Leadership of a team of content marketing experts to create the right contents according to marketing plan to achieve the key strategic objectives Planning and implementing the overall campaigns strategy throughout the year Establishing a close relationship with thought leaders and stakeholders across the business Partnership with the local and regional marketing teams to ensure all marketing assets produced globally are relevant to and aligned with the local cultural context and business needs Establishing the necessary links with other experts across the organisation to ensure that content is distributed in the most effective way, including website management, PR, e-mail marketing, social media, key account marketing and any other channels available Liaising with the in-house design team and digital agency working on the relevant webpages, ensuring all web assets are available in a timely manner for building, testing and launching Coordination with all other divisional content marketing teams to identify synergies and continually adopt best practices Ensuring all content is developed in full alignment with the relevant brand identity and tone of voice guidelines Defining and implementing internal communications for global marketing campaigns to maximise employee engagement within the Insights Division and across Kantar Measuring campaign performance against KPIs and producing post-campaign evaluation reports, to ensure continuous improvement and best use of available channels Management of the budget and resources to achieve the plan goals WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Extensive experience of a content marketing leadership role, ideally in a B2B services organisation Experience leading high-performance teams Excellent communication skills and experience of collaborating with multiple stakeholders to create different campaign assets Must be flexible to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of the business Must be passionate about ROI and metrics-led decision making as a way to improve performance continuously
