They're sales continue to increase, even in these strange home-bound times. Marketing Communications Manager - The Role Our client's mission is to continue in their successful trajectory - continue to grow and engage their customer base. We are in search of a brilliant Marketing Communications Manager to work directly with the Head of Marketing and deliver fantastic brand messaging to generate sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in Ecommerce, Communications and Email marketing specifically and also will be well versed in the full marketing mix. We are looking for a candidate who also has managerial, leadership, mentorship qualities and can assist in the goal of doubling online sales in the next 3 years. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and create innovative 360 marketing communications strategies (B2C & B2B) Manage a team of three Lead on email, content marketing and automation strategy with user journey in mind Act as brand guardian in terms of look and feel of comms as well as tone of voice Coordinate and brief PR agency and other third party agencies where required Oversee social media growth strategy implemented by your team Provide reports and reviews of campaign metrics to the Head of Marketing, using these statistics to influence and nurture future digital activity Keep abreast of new web technologies and digital marketing trends; implementing these in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information Build relationships with relevant suppliers and work cross functionally with other teams Event planning for occasional promotional events Requirements/Skills/Experience:- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree or similar Excellent understanding of the core marketing disciplines and what each can deliver Minimum 2 years experience in a 360 marketing management role - preferably in a digital sector Marketing mix experience in an eCommerce environment is essential Experience in email marketing and customer journey in an eCommerce environment Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally Strong copywriting skills Good knowledge of Google Analytics and ESP systems CIM qualification an advantage but not essential If you're looking to work in a fast-growing start up environment, then please APPLY For further assistance, please review my profile on LinkedIn and connect with me: Search for "Tumi Fani-Kayode" - To apply for this fantastic opportunity or for further information, please contact me here | DD: 44| - Please note all applications will be made in confidence.
