This role is perfect for someone with big vision and the ability to identify new opportunities, injecting innovation and newness into the marketing strategy whilst also appreciating the subtleties and challenges of working within a complex, multi-faceted organisation with multiple stakeholders. You must be able to demonstrate proven experience in delivering highly effective CRM campaigns, with demonstrable success in influencing customer behaviour to drive conversion rates. You must also have a real understanding of digital marketing and other marketing channels, demonstrating the part they play in large scale comms programmes. It goes with saying a customer centric approach is essential.
