Overview

Our client based in Milton Keynes is looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a role where you will be joining and managing a team to develop, execute and refine he UK and International multi-channel conversion strategies. The CRM Marketing Manager will have experience in a commercially focused marketing role, have strong analytical experience and understand how CRM campaigns work. You will be responsible for the CRM management, all campaigns and strategies as well testing, learning and optimising the conversion programmes. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the conversion campaigns. You would be responsible for building conversion metrics and conducting inflight and post-campaign analytics for the purpose of realising and implementing recommendations for future CRM campaigns. You will be responsible for guiding CRM campaigns and introducing new capabilities for the purpose of meeting emerging business needs and market trends. You will be an experienced, commercially focused marketing professional with a track record of success in customer communications and prospect conversion. You will possess strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills. As well as demonstrating a substantial knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, database marketing, email marketing and marketing automation.
