Overview

Role- Data Strategy Partner Location- London Salary£80,000-£95,000 A high end digital transformation business is searching for a Data Strategy Partner to join there fast growing, fast paced agency. This is a company who is working with the best and most exclusive brand name around, you'll be working with the team of highly capable data scientist and data analysts to use data to add value to their clients and customers. You'll work with a range of clients, driving creative data strategy through the successful implementation and optimization of their CRM and direct-to-customer programs. You won't be limited to one project, with new and exciting projects coming in regularly. What will I be doing day to day? ? Driving the strategic direction and optimization of clients ? Helping to drive new Business pitches / increase the value of existing clients ? Understanding how to facilitate organisations to become data driven (have awareness of the importance of their people / skill sets and structure in delivering this) ? Understanding the marketing technology stacks required to deliver best-in-class channel marketing ? Liaising with the data science and data management team and other agency partners ? Working closely with brand and communication strategists to ensure we enable true data driven creative ? Developing data marketing strategies around loyalty, acquisition and retention with specific planning towards campaigns, test programmes and full CRM activities ? Story-telling; presenting to key stakeholders in a compelling and clear way ? Supporting targeting recommendations using internal and external data and understand test. ? Evaluating marketing campaigns from interim results to full campaign analysis and attribution ? Leading the team towards innovation - always looking to how we can make ourselves better and taking accountability for this ? Helping agency and team PR - Writing thought pieces / talks and disseminating these into the market place to raise your profile and that of the agency Key Skills- High-level of numeracy Proficient in segmentation and modelling techniques and outputs Good understating of modern BI tools, Tableau/PowerBI Understanding of a range of marketing technology stacks Excellent storytelling through data / insights High attention to detail Able do delegate (downwards and upwards) effectively to help the whole team deliver Mentoring junior team members Very strong Excel and PowerPoint experience High Interest in consumer behaviour and marketing effectiveness Passion for generating new ideas and insights Passion for ensuring there is rigour and validation behind your decision making High interest in the future of analytics and marketing Experience of managing individuals is a bonus And the company culture?
