As a growing business this role can offer you the opportunity to be at the forefront of introducing this exciting new strategy into the business alongside the Marketing & Communications Manager. About you You will have experience in creating effective paid campaigns. You may have worked for a digital agency and want to try client side, or perhaps you have been working as a b2b or b2c digital marketer and want to use that experience to set up this brand new strategy in a new environment. You will be experienced in creating, optimising and reporting on paid campaigns across Google PPC, Google Display Network, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. You will have an enthusiasm for social media and content production. You will be analytical and have excellent organisation and time management skills. About the role The role will bring a modern approach to our digital presence. Duties will include: Creation of paid campaigns for each of our different companies across multiple platforms (this includes set up and recommendations for targeted keywords, negative keywords, geographical targeting & bid strategy) Provide analysis and recommendations around campaign performance to ensure efficient optimisation and ROI for all paid campaigns Develop social content calendars with KPIs for engagement growth and lead generation Produce engaging content for all of our social channels, ensuring all content adheres to brand values. Contribute to the writing and uploading of optimised content to our websites to support the digital marketing strategy.
