After quickly establishing themselves in the fast-fashion industry as a market competitor by boasting sales circa £5m in two years, the Manchester-based fashion label is now looking to expand their team, which is where you come in… You will be expected to take the lead in securing high-quality media coverage and promoting campaigns through all social and traditional channels. A solid knowledge of PR and media value combined with excellent attention to detail will be essential in the role. As a proactive and driven individual, you will establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers and journalists. Sound good? Read ahead… Responsibilities of PR Manager : Establish and maintain key influencer, blogger and journalist relationships. Take ownership of the creative and idea generation processes. Promote campaigns to local, national and trade press through outreach. Secure high-quality coverage and backlinks for campaigns Manage PR budgets for all events, ensuring all costs are spent effectively and wisely. Support ongoing client campaigns Identify public relations requirement, create PR Calendars and strategy proposals for the company What we are looking for: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an excellent eye for detail. Solid PR & digital experience with a strong understanding of media value, coverage, traffic and brand association. Confident and proactive in liaising with key media influencers. A team player and self-starter who has a good understanding of the media landscape and the ability to make things happen for brands Good understanding of social media, SEO, digital outreach and how to effectively maximise all opportunities Hardworking and determined with a willingness to learn.
