To further increase their success they are seeking a confident and driven procurement professional to be the lead for their high-stake business pitches with iconic and highly successful clients. The FM Procurement Bid Lead role in more detail In this role you will be responsible for the following: Leading the bid process and negotiations, using your influential negotiation skills to pitch to clients' regional sales teams, to establish contracts and projects to then be relayed to the procurement team Designing the overall plans and strategies for the procurement team, using your expert procurement knowledge to ensure the terms are realistic and achievable, to then be passed to the procurement team for them to implement and integrate into the client's wider business Working with a great deal of autonomy and varied work pattern, being the sole lead responsible for the design of the procurement operations for a broad range of clients The FM Procurement Bid Lead required background: Evidence of previous successes and roles held that involve the management and implementation of external TFM contracts Vast experience with FM Procurement, having mastered a vast range of Hard and Soft Subcategories including but not limited to: Construction, Utilities and Security Services Outstanding communication skills, having a confident and highly influential public speaking ability Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced procurement professional to build the procurement strategy for some of the most iconic businesses on the market.
