Technology Recruiter | Chandlers Ford — up to £35k starting salary 25% commission Fun, boutique, ambitious, forward thinking, fast growing and consultative; this describes my client perfectly. I am currently supporting my long-standing client with their next key hire. I have been working with this business for over five years and I have a fantastic relationship with the two founding directors, and they have built a truly exceptional, well thought of tech recruitment agency. My client is a small, fast growing technology recruitment agency that provide full training, together with ongoing mentoring from recruitment industry award winning leaders. Their working environment is supportive, positive and fun, with a focus on a strong team ethos. Since starting, they have doubled in turnover every year and have an enviable client list, working with some of the best companies in the world. I have an exciting new 360 role, offering a warm desk, tonnes of career development and a huge earning potential. You will benefit from a delivery team and a marketing consultant to work on YOUR behalf so that you can focus on identifying new business opportunities and managing your client relationships. You will spend a minimum of one day per week in London meeting your clients and senior candidates. Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant role include: Reporting into the Managing Director and working collaboratively with a dedicated delivery and marketing team Inherit warm clients from day one (including big retail companies and software consultancies) Manage a busy contract desk, UK wide, day rates of £500 upwards Lots of client entertainment; spend at least one day a week in London meeting clients and senior candidates Utilising the latest tech/social media (LinkedIn Recruiter and SourceBreaker as an example) Placing, tracking and building exceptional relationships with candidates at a mid to senior level Your dedicated delivery and marketing team will: Source and headhunt suitable candidates Write appealing job adverts on your behalf Manage the candidate process from start to finish Research, plan and post your social media statuses in line with your specialist sector Skills and experience required: You will need to be very well-organised and pro-active as this role requires managing multiple tasks concurrently A natural consultative manner that can build relationships with a range of individuals Self-motivated with a winning attitude 6 months recruitment experience or a strong B2B sales background The benefits on offer include: 25% commission Perkbox membership Pension scheme Anniversary days out (they have previously hired a Sunseeker) Quarterly social events and annual Christmas parties Dress down Fridays and early Friday finishes Free parking onsite Office showers ABOUT US Hello My name is Michele and I am the proud owner of Ivory Jacobs.
