Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to join our public sector client on an initial and urgent 3 month assignment. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge and understanding of E-learning authoring tools. For example Adapt Builder, Camtasia Knowledge and understanding of administering a Moodle based LMS Adobe's Creative Suite and able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, After effects, Audition and Media Encoder Experience interpreting policies, procedures, and technical/legal information. HTML/CSS JavaScript The Digital Learning Designer will have experience in working with major Instructional Design and learning theory (ADDIE, SAM, 70-20-10, Rapid Prototyping, Gagné's events, Bloom's Taxonomy) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Ability to manipulate images using a range of software packages (Photoshop, Pixlr, Gimp, paint.NET) Application form and selection process An understanding of basic cinematography and filming techniques Ability to edit and produce broadcast quality video and audio for a range of delivery device Ability to create vector graphics and text using an appropriate software package Able to create motion graphics and animations using an appropriate software package Strong commitment to continuing professional development, demonstrated by evidence of on-going learning and development The ability to develop effective working relationships and maintain rapport with others - able to communicate in a friendly, open and constructive manner. Able to demonstrate willingness to develop and take on challenges.
