Main Responsibilities: * Supporting the development of a suite of performance metrics for both external (supplier) and internal (team delivery) purposes with the production and maintenance of balanced scorecards and key performance indicators (KPI's) * Advance the methodology for savings capture, verification, and treatment in liaison with the Finance team * Develop reporting from the Global Sourcing & Procurement Spend Cube to identify key data sets for inclusion in Corporate and ad-hoc reporting; develop relationships with IT and business colleagues to add any data sets identified that would benefit from inclusion into the Spend Cube * Publish as scheduled (or periodically refresh) supplier and spend category profiling data, conducting sensitivity analyses as required. Provide focus to risk assessment, quality delivery and cost improvement * Expertise in data analysis and communicating actionable insight in the aid of procurement strategies including, but not limited to strategic sourcing, category management, spend management, supplier performance management, market intelligence, supply market assessment, cost modelling, financial analysis, risk analysis, procurement analytics and process automation * Assist improvement of the global sourcing and procurement processes by conducting data analysis to identify, support and resolve area of concern * Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures and ensure compliance * Achieve internal customer satisfaction through agreed performance criteria * Undertake project work as necessary to support the team and the functional priorities Education/Qualifications: * Ideally degree level, working towards CIPS qualifications, or relevant work experience Experience: * Typically 1-3 years of relevant technical or business work experience including knowledge of the end-to-end Source to Pay process * Effective communicator with good interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills at ease and effective in dealing with professionals and managers in other disciplines with the ability to interact with senior levels of management. * Quick learner, has excellent listening, verbal, oral presentation, and written communication skills. Has demonstrated strength in problem solving and facilitation. * Experience in handling various kinds of research projects (primary and secondary research), data interpretation and insight generation. * MS office suite including Excel (advanced) and Word * PeopleSoft or Oracle ERP experience preferred Employment Type: Full Time
