Overview
My client is a reputable and established public transport company based in wonderful location of City of London. They are in urgent need of a professional and proactive Marketing Executive to join their busy Commercial Directorate team. This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible, paying salary range of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience, skills etc. You will be responsible for creation and delivery of marketing collateral for owned channels as well as maintaining collateral and promotional materials inventory and providing support for the Marketing team on campaigns and projects. Duties include: Create and develop relationships with key staff and departments such as Facilities and Customer Services and the Communications Team in order to understand their requirements and deliver required assets and collateral Work closely with the in-house designer taking responsibility for briefing in required collateral and assets, creative and copy Manage the approval process of collateral and assets Ensure timely delivery through close working with suppliers (printers and distributors) so all deadlines are met Efficient management of given budget and the purchase order system to cover the costs of all activity Work with internal teams to understand and deliver on all requirements for Department for Transport compliance with regards to station and passenger information and collateral Gain a full understanding of the client's brand guidelines, ensuring all collateral is compliant Work with the Marketing team when required on revenue generating or reputation building activity and campaigns Undertake other activities and projects as requested by the Marketing Manager Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Required: Excellent attention to detail Experience of working on multiple projects/tasks Experience of working with a number of different departments/senior stakeholders Ability to build rapport and effective working relationships Experience of working in a marketing department is desirable Salary will be up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits including free rail travel, final salary pension and private healthcare.
