LEAD ANALYST LONDON £65,000-£75,000 THE COMPANY This organisation is a market distributor fashion marketplace. They have doubled in size in the last year and continue to grow rapidly. They are increasing their focus on making data-driven decisions and in the process of building out an advanced analytics team. THE ROLE As a Lead Analyst, you will play a crucial role to develop the product roadmap. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Preparing and presenting compelling analysis findings to the senior management teams. Providing actionable insights of the back of analysis completed on customer and marketing data, using SQL. Own projects end-to-end and manage the process and team of analysts. Work on A/B Testing projects to optimise their app use. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A successful Lead Analyst will have: Strong coding skills, having used SQL in a commercial environment. Has extremely strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate data into effective and influential insight. Experience in mentoring. A university degree in a STEM subject.
