Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a travel association based in Central London for an experienced B2B event and marketing coordinator. You will be working across varied internal and external events from initial planning through to on-site delivery. These include member engagement meetings, networking receptions, dinners and, external exhibitions and conferences. You will also assist with the marketing of a portfolio of B2B conferences, seminars and, training days. • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B or corporate events environment • Experience of planning events, such as networking receptions, dinners, exhibitions, internal meetings and staff parties • Email marketing experience (preferred but not essential) • Good IT skills, includes Microsoft Office • Previous use of CMS, CRM, email marketing system (desirable) • Good educational qualifications • Knowledge of an association/Membership organisation (desirable If you have the above experience, please contact me now for an immediate interview.
