Role : Project manager Salary : £30k - £39k Location : West London Start date : ASAP Project Manager job decription A exciting job opportunity for a project manager within Joinery My Client require a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager, responsibilities include: compiling client information, the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Predominately joinery led, our projects range from high end small private kitchens and fitted wardrobes to full scale commercial fit out projects. Responsibilities including but not limited to:  Manage the relationship with the client and all key stakeholders  Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project  Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility  Create Project resource planning requirements  Implementation of project RAMs  Liaise with the Production Workshop Manager on internal resources and coordinate with third parties/vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects  Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget  Report and escalate issues/risks to management as needed  Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors  Delegate project tasks based on junior staff member's individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels  Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of goals  Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis  If required develop project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members  Use and continually develop leadership skills  Perform other related duties as assigned  Travel to client locations as required  Be prepared to work outside of normal working hours should an unforeseen event occur Requirements  3 years proven experience of commercial and residential interior fit out joinery production  Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment  Strong management skills  Proficient in health and safety practices  Computer literate on mac based systems Job Type: Full-time, 7:30 - 16:30 Mon- Fri, sometimes working overtime, evenings and Weekends.
