OPTIMISATION MANAGER £35,000 - £40,000 LONDON This digital experience agency with a big focus on the optimisation space who embrace the best of research, strategy, design and experimentation to help clients solve their challenges and improve website performance. THE COMPANY: This is an opportunity to work in a growing team with a focus on conversion rate optimisation. The team own the performance of hundreds of landing pages. They are seeking an experienced optimisation specialist or a broader web analyst who is keen to develop in the optimisation space to work across several of their key brands running the roadmap and strategy to optimise overall user experience. THE ROLE: You will be the main point of contact for clients leading weekly calls and meetings. You will work collaboratively with different teams across UX, Tech and Marketing You will have full ownership of executing and delivering the clients testing roadmap. As the optimisation specialist you will be strategic, as well as do regular reporting on live tests and gain actionable insights in order to enhance optimisation amongst multi-channels. You will use advanced analytics to enhance customer journey along with this having a strong engagement with clients. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The Optimisation Manager will have the following skills and experience: Trading and commercial mentality, with testing experience from a strategic perspective and understanding of the technical side. Proven commercial optimisation experience using tools such as Optimizely and Adobe target VMO, Google Optimize, Hotjar Proven web analytics experience - Google Analytics/GA360, Adobe Analytics, Client facing background or keen to explore this.
