Overview

A leading conference and training provider within the Financial Services sector is looking for an experienced, strategic producer to join their senior management team as Head of Conference Production & Content. As Head of Conference Production and Content you will lead the producer and programming teams and be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of international events across niche sectors within the Financial Services industry. You will also have overall responsibility for the programme and speaker faculty of the flagship event, playing a crucial role in driving innovation for what is the leading event for professionals within this field globally. Job Specification: Establish processes to streamline content creation Develop the Conference Production and Speaker recruitment strategy Lead the development of forward thinking and engaging content Manage a team of conference producers, programmers and the Head of Programming Work with the sales and marketing to ensure our conferences meet the requirements of both our sponsors and delegates Analyse and identify key industry trends to deliver engaging, customer-centric content across multiple platforms Candidate Specification: Management experience in content/programme development for large scale events Demonstrable track record of writing and developing content and event programmes for Financial Services markets Experience of managing a busy team who juggle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent writing and editing skills Commercial acumen Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and get the best out of a diverse team Ability to chair debates and discussions - both live and virtual
