Borehamwood, WD6 Full-time, Permanent As our E-commerce Manager, you will work within an online team, that is tasked with maximising revenue and margin growth across multiple clients trading across different Amazon catagories This is a full-time, office-based role, however we may consider flexible working options. You will be responsible for growing online sales through effective online trading tactics. You will manage the day-to-day operations of various clients across Amazon channels including planning, sales and operations, forecasting, performance reporting, analysis, promotion planning and execution as well as liaison with internal stakeholders and customer service. Key Responsibilities: With the support of existing staff, you will work closely with the rest of the team and client product buying groups to make decisions that will support online sales growth, whilst respecting the core of the clients businesses - developing and implementing plans to grow the online business across existing and new product categories You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to optimise product merchandising and new product launches online and will help drive decisions that increase online conversion through improving product presentation, navigation, cross-merchandising opportunities and closely monitoring the profitability of each of the online entities. Requirements: We need someone who is educated to degree level with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in e-commerce, executing highly visible online trading initiatives. In addition, we are looking for: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to proactively spot opportunities to increase sales and margin. Experience of managing Amazon Seller Central marketplaces to drive revenue and expand product reach. Strong customer focus and proven track record of applying customer insights and trends to propose digital solutions. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas, timelines, tasks and deadlines to all stakeholders. Excellent command of the written word and strong attention to detail in all written communications. Excellent organisation skills, detail oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful and can envision innovative solutions in a complex environment. Ability to analyse data quantitatively by using customer research, data metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities and assess the efficacy of trading programs.
