Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. We do require our CAREGivers to have transport to enable you to visit clients in locations that are poorly serviced by public transport. Job Description Our job as CAREGivers is to support the elderly during difficult times. Our clients may need help a couple of times a week just to get their shopping or to be taken to a doctors appointment, or to help them do their washing. Other clients may need help on a daily basis because they need someone to help them get up in the mornings and get to bed at night. Whatever the needs we ensure our CAREGivers are available to support and assist whenever they are needed. Could you be a CAREGiver and assist and support the elderly in their own homes? Would you be prepared to help them wash in the morning or be on hand to assist with changing a continence pad if needed? Our CARGivers are available to give the practical personal care our clients rely on. We do not need experienced people as we offer a 5 day training and orientation programme that is second to none. We are looking for people with compassion, empathy and patience and who can work flexibly, after all people need help every day of the week for the most part. If you believe you have the attributes to truly make someone's day and are prepared to work flexibly covering day and evening shifts and also able to work on a Saturday and Sunday every other weekend then we will be very happy to hear from you.
