They are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team, if this sounds like a company for you- apply here THE ROLE: As the successful CRM Data Analyst, you will be: Analysing campaign effectiveness and efficiency to drive up the performance of the companies activities, advising teams and clients on project KPIs and advising on the coding of campaigns in the marketing tools to ensure the right data is being used Leading on analysis projects and acting as a primary point of contact for clients in the marketing, fundraising, and campaigning teams Supporting the uptake of analysis driven solutions to business problems by working closely with various teams across the company Selecting and using the appropriate analytical to statistical technique including regression modelling and propensity modelling YOU DON'T HAVE TO TICK EVERY BOX BUT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE BENEFICIAL: Educated to degree level in a statistical/mathematical domain or similar Experience applying analytical and statistical techniques in marketing such as cluster analysis, propensity modelling, analysing customer churn and creating visualisations to explain trends and analysis outputs Advanced Excel skills are a necessity Experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a bonus Experience and a deep understanding of using SQL commercially Experience using Python/R commercially THE BENEFITS: Earning potential up to £37,000 HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to Rachel O' Keeffe via the Apply link on this page
