Group CRM Manager PERM £55-65K London I am looking for a strategic Group CRM Manager, to join the hugely successful marketing team, within an globally known ecommerce retail business. The company have had an exciting decade and are continuing to grow year on year. They are looking for a Group CRM Manager to lead the CRM strategy across the international business. As Group CRM Manager, you'll be working closely with the CRM Director, (and other multi-channel teams including Social media, data and marketing) leading the customer communications planning and CRM strategy across the business. This role involves maximising the value in their large customer and partner base through technology, insight & data-driven strategies. You will be building and delivering various strategies, including end to end customer journey roadmaps, contact strategies and building and deploying exciting email campaigns too. I am looking for someone who has previous experience building and shaping and deploying CRM Acquisition strategies and customer journey roadmaps and how to utilise customer data to maximise their CRM metrics. You will also be working with different teams (including an external agencies), discussing ways to enhance, develop and improve on the current process, so you'll need to be a confident communication and not shy away from making recommendations of challenging the status quo. Key Must Haves Hands-on experience building, shaping and delivering end to end customer journey strategy Acquisition , Retention and Loyalty knowledge and experience Experience utilising customer data from different touch-points in order to develop customer roadmaps/Lifecycle messages Data Savvy- Experience with planning, Segmentation, providing insights, Comfortable analysing situations and make recommendations Knowledge around Lifecycle messaging and email marketing Strong experience with marketing and data strategy Enjoy working as part of a team and taking the lead on projects Should you be interested in this opportunity - Please apply ASAP CRM Manager/Group CRM Manager/ Global CRM Manager/CRM/ LONDON/ DATA MARKETING/
