Lead Insight Analyst London Up to £75,000 A fast-paced marketplace app are seeking a Lead Analyst to work on their customer insight and commercial analytics projects. This dynamic and innovative company have millions of customers globally and you will get access to their database to derive insights, work on machine learning projects and present back insights. If you are technically savvy in SQL, with the ability to analyse millions of rows of customer data to create commercial insights for a business and increase marketing effectiveness, then this could be the next step in your career. Lead Insight Analyst You will be a key part of producing customer insight for the wider online business Analysing customer data and building propensity models, creating segmentations and clustering Delivering insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders both internally and externally on how to increase performance, conversion and product diversification You will use SQL to code and query the database in order to derive insights for the company You will be trained and up skilled in Python You will work on customer retention and acquisition strategies You will present visualisations on Tableau You will be a part of advanced analytics work too e.g. modelling and personalisation You don't have to tick all of the boxes but some of the following would be relevant: You will have commercial experience in SQL You will ideally have had exposure to statistical tools - R/Python/SAS You will have experience within customer insight and marketing functions Ideally you will have experience analysing customer, transactional and/or online data Salary and Benefits The successful candidate can expect to earn up to £75,000 In addition, they have one oft he best discretionary bonus systems in the industry, a healthcare package, flexible hours and numerous team benefits e.g. socials and sports clubs.
