Overview
Digital Product Manager - National Membership Body - London £35,000 - £41,000 This is an opportunity to join a thriving Website team and support one of the best Product Managers in the business. You will take responsibility for two different products across two websites - one of which generates £90 million per year. It is the perfect chance to liaise between the Marketing and Architecture teams to ensure the continued growth of the products, of which millions of people across the UK use and rely on each year. Responsibilities - Digital Product Manager Ensure the website delivers against the business plan and commercial targets Optimise conversion and revenue within the digital experience Customer experience excellence Ensure GDPR compliance Campaign optimisation from paid and search Drive the product roadmap, mange change initiatives and product backlog in line with the digital product strategy Content, information and feed management Work with the Architecture and Service Teams to insure middleware and infrastructure stability Liaise with internal marketing teams and third party agencies Ensure Google Tag Manager and Analytics are aligned with campaigns and analytics needs Ensure internal stakeholders are informed and engaged with product activity Requirements - Digital Product Manager Experience managing website and App projects Experience managing an ecommerce product Experience utilising CRM and customer data Good understanding of technical architecture, middleware and hosting environments Strong understanding of CRO, UX and Google Analytics Knowledge of GDPR and privacy frameworks Experience within service based companies desirable Hands-on experience with CMS Knowledge of Jira or similar highly desirable Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager highly desirable To apply for this fantastic opportunity or for further information, please contact: Harry Matthes | DD: 44| - Please note all applications will be made in confidence.
