Job Location: London Salary: £90,000-£120,000 GBP (based on skills and experience) Role At MEL Science, we have created a standalone educational package that will captivate the interest of any child by demonstrating the real science in all of its beauty and depth. The package consists of: Interactive hands-on science sets; Complementary app for smartphone or tablet showing science in VR; Website with interactive science lessons and interesting scientific stories. We are looking for a person in our London office who can join our marketing team as a head of user acquisition. If you want to improve science education world-wide and you are a guru in performance marketing it is a great job for you. This is a full-time on-site position. Key Responsibilities Effectively you’ll define, develop, oversee and execute our customer acquisition marketing strategy globally. You’ll help us to launch new and existing products in new territories internationally and facilitate customer acquisition growth in existing territories. On the day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include: Optimization of Paid Acquisition Channels, including Search, Affiliate Marketing, Influencers, Bloggers and social media advertising, Owned and Earned Acquisition - email and content marketing, SEO, referrals, PR etc Defining successful, data driven solutions through continuous marketing experiments and insightful, detailed analysis. Developing and managing an incredible, international Marketing team. Gaining a deep understanding of our customer journeys from user apps through to website, tracking CLV and using your findings to devise solutions to improve conversion rates, enhance consumer experience and ultimately increase revenue. Managing external agencies/freelancers as and when appropriate. Skills, Qualification and Experience The successful candidate will have: 3 years of hands-on experience with Doubleclick Campaign & Bid manager, Google Display Network, and GoogleAdwords 3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook ads manager Experience of managing performance marketing campaigns of more than $1M/month Experience of working both in a marketing agency as well as on the client side Experience of managing 15 people team Experience of managing multinational teams and multinational campaigns Experience of developing 360 campaigns that contain TV, digital, press, and direct channels inside Experience of analytics tools including GoogleAnalytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, and AppsFlyer Experience of affiliate marketing, including $500K/month campaigns Closing Date for Applications: April 9, 2020 No agencies
