Overview

Innova Search have partnered with an impressive wholesaler who are about to embark on their 4th year of trading. The company is an impressive 15 million turnover operation. They are based in central London, just South of the river, and are looking to recruit a brand-new role of a Marketing Executive. The business operates in the premium fresh produce sector supplying to a customer base consisting of Michelin starred restaurants, Events, Contract Caters, Schools and a number of the fine dining hotels in London. The Role We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial Marketing Executive to and lead on all marketing activities to do with their core business, as well as support an external agency partner in developing an exciting pilot retail proposition. Responsibilities B2B Website management Content creation for website and other assets - written and visual Coordinating communication with customers and prospects via email, regular report and Market Report Work with Head of Sales in supporting lead generation and conversion Coordinate events for customers B2C Consumer research, including face to face, phone and survey Support on website scoping and project managing development Copy writing across website, blog and other key assets Coordinating the project with key internal stakeholders Overseeing development of creative assets (photos, animations, videos etc depending on the needs) Once live, day-to-day management of the B2C revenue stream under agency guidance and supervision. The Person Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in a brand-lead setting Experience in developing content for and managing social media channels Experience in briefing and monitoring work of external partners such as graphic designers, photographers, external agencies Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work well under time pressure Excellent written and spoken English Basic understanding of key marketing and e-commerce metrics Can do attitude, proactive approach to work Ambition to grow professionally and develop skills and experience within Marketing Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and InDesign (not essential but beneficial) Interest in food (not essential but beneficial) This role will suit someone who wants to work for a dynamic, fast growing, family run company.
