Our client is a leading high street retailer currently looking for an experienced Online Production coordinator to join their digital team. About the role As an Online Production Coordinator you will be reporting into the Online Production Manager, and will be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day content across all digital channels, as well as managing high profile campaigns and projects. You will work closely with Group Ecommerce, Systems and development teams, Digital Creative department and wider Brand Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams. What you'll be doing… Owning, driving and delivering Group projects Updating and presenting production insights & group updates to the wider digital team on a weekly basis Reporting on project status & presenting in weekly trade meetings Full responsibility for the site accuracy of their websites across UK and EU desktop, mobile & apps Updating and communicating to the Head of Digital & Director on status of projects on a weekly basis Managing & developing the progression of production assistants Oversee the upload of content & product ensuring all is uploaded on time and to the required standard Implementing new processes to streamline the content & product upload About You Strong interest in fashion and digital High attention to detail Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Being able to organise and prioritise accordingly An understanding and awareness of the customer Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and digital asset management software Please send latest CV stating your salary expectations.
