Overview
Your new company Hays are currently working in partnership with a well-known high street retailer. Your new role In this role, you will report directly to the CRM manager. You will be required to build daily, weekly and monthly emails while segmenting the mailing lists for targeted campaigns using customer behaviour. Using A/B testing and Google Analytics, you will revise and suggest changes to campaigns based on your findings. You will stay up to date with new trends in email marketing and integrate these into the strategy where appropriate. What you'll need to succeed You will have demonstrable CRM experience with an understanding of email marketing. You have an excellent attention to detail and can work under pressure while managing multiple projects at one time. You have experience creating and editing emails while segmenting email audiences and reporting email campaign performance.
