Your new company This National Property Development company is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their growing London team. This company is located in the City of London supported by excellent transport links. You will benefit from working in a highly supportive team in a company that is investing in marketing and is experience high long term growth in their market Your new role As the Marketing Manager you will be working with the Head of marketing and be responsible for Campaign management and creation with a focus on lead generation in order to drive property sales. You will have the support of a junior team and data team to drive the strategy you devise and create in order to maintain a strong brand presence and emulate the luxury feel that this company projects within the property market. What you'll need to succeed You will have at least 5 years' experience in a marketing role and you must have examples of and a strong understanding of marketing strategy in order to create lead generation and meet KPI's - you will be asked for examples so you must be able to provide these on request Experience in creating innovative, integrated marketing campaigns in both a B2C and B2B environment within the property market is essential. Success in this role rests on excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects. What you'll get in return In return, you will be paid a salary between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience. You will work in well known national organisation and get to be part of the growth of the company.
