Overview
Your new company Hays have partnered with a leading global asset manager who offer a broad range of investment services to individual, institutional and corporate clients around the world, with almost $500bn of assets under management and over 2000 people globally. They are now looking to grow their marketing automation strategy globally and seeking an experienced Digital & Marketing Automation Manager. Your new role In this role you will be the main business for Salesforce Marketing Cloud internally and externally, managing the budget and relationship and implementing new features, you will segment and leverage the database for effective campaign targeting and champion email marketing and marketing automation across the business to help drive adoption. You will also be responsible for uploading and editing website content as briefed by internal content owners as well as building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders with a vested interest in digital projects. You will work closely with the internal development team to ensure the marketing strategy is aligned with the wider business strategy and alongside strategic work you will be responsible for creating and measuring metrics such as lead scoring, nurturing and developing the journey building side of marketing automation. What you'll need to succeed You will have extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well experience managing large- scale updating of corporate websites, both uploading content and personally liaising with key internal clients on sign off and deployment of changes, experience working within financial services would be advantageous.
