Overview

A Communications Manager is required to work for a NHS organisation based in Northamptonshire to assist with COVID 19. The Communications Manager will develop an internal communications programme, to enhance staff communications and awareness of the corporate, strategic and business decisions affecting the organisation. The Communications Manager is required to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with Divisional and corporate teams that support the delivery of an effective communications function for the Trust. It is also required from the Communications Manager to develop the Trust’s key internal and external audiences and stakeholders, identify the key decision makers, and deliver internal and external communication initiatives to promote the corporate objectives and business decisions of the Trust - whilst providing and delivering media campaign strategies for complex issues arising.
