At the bottom of this role advert, you’ll find more information on why you’ll enjoy working with us… Job Description The Internal Communications Specialist is a key role within Link Group, reporting to the Head of Communications. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, during an exciting period of significant change and growth. Working with multiple stakeholders, this is a hands-on role that will work in tandem with a small, focused team of communication specialists in various locations, to execute and deliver on our communications program and activities. This includes the development, creation and distribution of key communications such as content for employee emails, the Intranet, change management communications, presentations as well as managing the production of digital content such as videos and other creative collateral as required. No two days are every alike in this role, and will suit someone with a high attention to detail who enjoys variety, a fast pace and writing. You will have strong skills in stakeholder management, and working with tools such as Intranets and other collaboration tools. Key Accountabilities: • Work collaboratively in a team to develop and produce day-to-day Link Group communications • Assist with ownership for day to day management and content development of the Intranet • Support business leaders with all employee emails, presentation packs, videos, video and town hall scripts, creative collateral and employee town halls. • Support the Head of Communications and Chief Marketing Officer in rolling out the internal communications plans for Link Group. • Maintain consistent employee brand messaging and materials • Monitor and provide reports and analytics on internal communication channel effectiveness • Lead the development of communications collateral and ensure appropriate sign-off and review as part of internal processes • Ensure that the communications strategy is adding value through consistent tone of voice, succinct and effective messaging • Representing communications at steering committees as required The above list of key accountabilities is not an exhaustive list and may change from time-to-time based on business needs. Qualifications • Experience in a corporate communications role within the professional services or finance industries. • Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, advertising, marketing or related field required. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Power or advanced user of Powerpoint and Word • Able to take complex and / or technical information and turn that into communications that are easy to read and understand • Experience in working with collaboration tools such as Yammer, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams will be highly regarded • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. • Extensive experience in developing project based communication approach, including developing action plans. • Highly organised, with a high-level of planning and a proven ability to work across and manage multiple in-flight projects. • Proven ability to build confidence and receive buy-in from stakeholders. • Accountable for your results and very team-oriented Additional Information Link Group’s purpose statement 'Together we achieve’ reflects how much we value working together: with each other; with our clients; and with third parties, to help everyone achieve success - both personal and professional We have an ongoing commitment to career progression, training and education as well as a competitive compensation and benefits package that under pins this.
