Overview
Top tier firm seeks a Corporate Tax PSL to identify and develop relevant tax know-how for the team and its clients. Full or part-time THE ROLE Our client highly values the role of professional support lawyer and are looking for a replacement PSL who can offer creative thinking, strong organisational skills and efficient administration. This wide ranging role will involve working closely with the tax team and providing training, current awareness, technical support and updating know-how and demonstrating thought leadership. In addition you may provide relevant KM services for clients as well as building a good relationship wth HMRC. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE This role requires a strong academic background combined with a minimum of 4pqe gained with a similar calibre firm. and obviously, good technical knowledge of Corporate Tax law (ideally to include both corporate and finance transactions). PSL experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required along with a self-starting and resilient nature and the ability to drive projects through to completion.
