Overview

We are working with a growing company that cover many different brands across healthy lidfestyle and skincare products. We have placed many people in this business and know people who have been in the company for years and who are doing very well for themselves and rate the company highly. They are looking for a Brand Manager to join their London (or Dublin) Office who has experience working in the skincare space and who is passionate about these sorts of products. Summary: The Brand manager is responsible for leading existing and new customers and driving sales through global marketing campaigns, social media, webinars, events across all markets, for the skin care brand. These marketing campaigns will not only drive existing customers engagement but will further increase adoption for existing customers. The role will also be instrumental in helping to attract new customers. Main job Responsibilities: Conduct consumer and market research Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market Work with Sales and Marketing to create sales tools that will increase and grow our customers. Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas Lead marketing team members through campaigns Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns. Engage people through webinars, live chats, social media, events, etc. Key Skills: We’re looking for someone with a bubbly and vibrant personality that is passionate about skin care and make up. Knowledge about Skin care and makeup. The Brand Manager must possess good copy writing, proofing and editing skills with the ability to translate plans into deliverable action Must demonstrate excellent and clear communication both verbal and written alongside strong organisational skills by being results oriented with good experience of executing brand and marketing activity Excellent understanding of marketing communication and social media channels Positive influencing skills are a crucial part of the Brand Managers role as you need to be able to influence others to raise the brand experience Good attention to detail especially when working towards tight deadlines Prior experience working within a B2B or luxury setting Excellent relationship management skills with a personable and friendly demeanour Strong digital skills including experience of managing a CMS and a wide-ranging Marketing tech stack. Ideally with previous experience in of marketing and sales. Comfortable in talking about skin care and makeup in stage, in front of an audience, webinars and social media. Able to influence and engage people.
