Overview
An exceptional role for someone looking to undertake a career within web analytics and digital marketing, joining a division of one of the most iconic advertising agencies in the World. This is a new role, joining a recently created CRM & Data function who are working as part of a Global account team on a major brand. You will be joining the agency to undertake reporting, analysis and insight for all web based communications activity; looking to improve the customer journey at all digital touchpoints throughout engagement with the brand. The role will suit someone who has a keen interest in Digital, with a talent for numbers, patterns and using data to identify key trends, issues and opportunities. Part of a global team you will find yourself with a great deal of responsibility from day one and will be working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders (both internal and external) across culture, location and discipline. You will need to have some hands on experience in digital analytics - likely 6-12 months - ideally gained within a marketing agency, media agency, client marketing team or equivalent, with hands on experience in online analytics software (Google Analytics or ideally Adobe Analytics). You'll be well versed in Excel and will ideally have some exposure to data visualisation tools (Tableau / PowerBI / etc). You'll be a confident communicator, a self-starter willing and able to take responsibility and initiative and will be equally at home working as part of a team and on your own. Key Skills: circa 6-12 months experience digital analytics & reporting Digital analytics software experience (Ideally Adobe Analytics.
