With similar expectations for growth this year the need to hire a sales operations professional is apparent. You'll be intrigued by the task and journey ahead, you'll want to be a part of shaping a business, mapping processes and working closely with both the CCO & CFO. You'll work on developing and managing sales processes, implementing tools, providing invaluable sales training and supporting the senior management team with strategies and analytics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Operations Manager- SAAS This is a brand-new role and is critical to the future success of the business, it will see you work side by side with our CCO helping to build out our sales engine. Believe it or not we want you to make mistakes, we want you to be able to try different techniques and tools and see what works best, and you'll be fully supporting whilst doing this. In addition, the role will see you responsible for the following: · Building out and documenting all sales processes and tools that drive the sale team · Owning and optimising the CRM ensuring it is utilised correctly and the work flows fit the sales process · Identifying and measuring key strategies, plans, policies and improvement opportunities · Overseeing the entire implementation of sales enabling systems and tools · Managing and improving inbound lead qualifying processes · Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business by helping to build, maintain, and improve our data and reporting foundation PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Operations Manager- SAAS Experience and character is of the utmost importance, you'll be able to provide excellent examples of where you have implemented sales process and enablement. You'll enjoy working closely with senior management and sales teams in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment and will thrive when given responsibility. You'll understand that getting the right building blocks in place now is essential to realising our growth ambitions. You'll have a thirst for learning and knowledge and will enjoy understanding each area of the sales cycle and will partner with each Business Development Manager to help identify any potential issues and make improvements. You'll need a strong working knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) as well as other sales productivity tools, including best practices for use, integrations and reporting. You'll also be able to confidently show strong knowledge and understanding of sales forecasting, analysis and reporting.
