Overview

3 - 4 days per week (Part time or flexible working considered) Support a growing movement of people building better quality, more affordable homes for themselves and their communities. Community Led Housing London is a new resource and advice hub, supported by the Mayor of London, and hosted by CDS Co-operatives (a small housing association). We provide support, expertise and funding to help people create community land trusts, housing co-ops, and cohousing. That means long term homes, not financial assets, and giving people power over how they want to live. We also work with local authorities and others to create opportunities for CLH, and build connections between community groups and funders and professionals. The hub co-ordinator role is vital to ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the hub, and actively inspiring and helping to grow the capacity of Londoners to play a leading role in creating their own housing solutions. Working with the team, you will lead on a range of events, activities, and resources to engage, inform and enable those involved in housing provision. This is an exciting and career-enhancing role.
