Overview

Here at Switch we are looking for a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing/Campaign Exec to join one of the UKs best loved Luxury brands. This is a brilliant opportunity for the right person, who will work across a broad range of digital marketing activities including SEO, content strategy, social media, affiliates, emails and CRM management and utilising analytics tools to report on e-commerce performance. You’ll approach challenging business problems with a positive attitude and have a growth mindset - critical for succeeding in the role and for delivering exceptional customer experience and luxury standards. Produce creative, entertaining and informative content that highlights key brands and new launches to the website.Identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brand website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels. Creating and implementing 301 redirect strategies for new client website. Passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends in online marketing. Drive the digital marketing strategy in line with market insight, buying strategy, and trade concerns. Experience in Google Analytics and other analytics tools. Remain up-to-date on the latest industry trends, search landscape, guidelines, and changes. Experience of analysing customer buying patterns and trends to make data-driven decisions. Report on campaign performance and use analytics to further develop the way we speak to our customer on all digital channels. Skills and Competencies needed for the role: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, email marketing or other digital marketing role. Proven track record of growing acquisition channels in previous roles. You will be a self-starter with a "can-do" approach when tackling new challenges. You are forward-thinking and proactive. You have a willingness to learn. You have a keen interest in all things digital.
