The Role: You will manage the day-to-day running of the luxury fashion department as well as ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained and delivered as well as driving and monitoring KPI's. You will train and support the team to ensure the passion and knowledge is delivered to every customer, as well as developing and increasing brand awareness. You will collaborate with the rest of the store and General manager to ensure the best possible experience for the customer.
