Overview
My client is a leading Watch business known across the globe. Working within some of the most prestigious Boutiques and Jewellers across the UK and Internationally. With ties to the Sporting World and with great Brand Ambassadors this is a great opportunity to join the Brand. They are looking for an individual with strong visual merchandising skills and a background in training and sales. This is a field based role that will cover the Midlands and South West of England. Further info: To create effective journey plans and monthly itineraries, taking into consideration key accounts, business priorities and maximise sales out. To work collaboratively alongside the National Account Managers, Field Sales Manager and Marketing department to identify store opportunities, agree and implement development plans with the objective of increasing sales out and the brands awareness. Use your own initiative and entrepreneurial approach to identify and propose ideas, incentives and solutions for your accounts, communicating these proposals in the first instance to the relevant NAM and Field Sales Manager for approval before implementing. Proficient capability of meeting deadlines set for weekly reports and any other ad-hoc requests from the NAM’s or Field Sales Manager. The ability to analyse the sales out performance of the national accounts under your remit, identifying areas of growth or decline, reasons why, confidently discussing these results with store managers/staff on each visit, and implementing measures to increase sales out and the brands awareness at every opportunity. Job Responsibilities: Produces store sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services. Determines call schedule by reviewing priorities with supervisor and discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes. Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees. Answers questions, responding to special requests, and describes product features. Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products. Maintains inventory by re-stocking shelves with product from inventory, observing inventory levels, prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low, and arranging for return and credit for damaged products. Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors’ products. Helps field sales representatives with special promotions by setting-up displays, checking as required on special promotions, observing customer reaction to special promotions, forwarding observations to management, and removing promotions at end of special promotion period. Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of retail locations in assigned territory. Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards. Enhances merchandising and organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
