Overview
Events and Marketing Manager Based in City of London As part of the marketing team, you will manage the planning and logistics for events hosted as well as communicate and collaborate with multiple vendors and suppliers to ensure our events run smoothly. Open to flexible working and WFH. Responsibilities: Does your ideal job look like this? ? A role that allows you to be in charge of your own projects ? Manage and execute hosted events and trade show sponsorships: event admin, marketing material creation, attendee communication, stakeholder management, post-event review and optimisation ? Track costs and budget recording for multiple events ? Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to the events ? Take complete responsibility for the happiness of event attendees by attending all UK events and possibly some international events ?Ability to travel in the UK and to the US will be required. If you have: ? At least 2 years’ experience managing logistics and hosted (inter)national events. ? Understanding of marketing and promotion techniques ? Excellent verbal and written communications skills ? Superb organisational skills with experience planning successful events and hitting milestones ? A degree level qualification or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or communications related subject ? Helping to shape the future of our hosted events and trade shows ?
