Digital Media Manager London £50,000 - £60,000 bonus benefits Are you well versed in planning, implementing and optimising Display and Social activity and are looking for a new challenge? I am looking for a Digital Media Manager to join an entertainment company to lead an exciting acquisition and re targeting project, based in their London office. You will be responsible for the management and optimisation of all Display and Paid Social activity. If you have proven performance driven end to end experience within this field, in an agency or in house, this role is well suited. THE COMPANY Operating across over 10 markets globally, this entertainment company utilises an innovative and forward-thinking approach to their paid media solutions as such are widely recognised as in-house performance specialists. As such, generate targeted and personalised advertising to their consumers. With an already established marketing vertical, you will work alongside industry experts. THE ROLE As a Digital Media Manager, you will be fundamental in driving user growth and retention, solely through digital channels. As such, the successful candidate will aim to acquire and re target users through Display and Paid Social. Starting with strategy, whilst overseeing the implementation, testing and optimisation by direct reports. Key responsibilities include: Developing strategy for brand focused Display and Paid Social activity, on a global scale Overseeing the implementation of campaigns across GDN, AppNexus, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Ads Managing a team of 3 executives who implement such activity Tracking audience journey throughout the process through Google Analytics, looking at ROA, ROI, landing pages, drop off points and bounce rates Liaise with the analytics team to obtain insights and relay such key performance metrics to senior stakeholders in house Regularly conducting competitor analysis to identify gaps within the market YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful Digital Media Manager will have: An undergraduate degree Demonstrable commercial experience driving growth or retention through digital media Devised, executed and optimised omni-channel campaigns - ideally Display and Paid Social on a global scale Managed a small team Tracked audience journey through Google or Adobe Analytics An autonomous and self-starting nature THE BENEFITS £50,000 - £60,000 plus bonus benefits Work for a growing online retailer and be fundamental in shaping their digital transformation HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Francesca Harris via the Apply link on this page.
