DATA SELECTIONS EXECUTIVE CENTRAL LONDON £25,000 - £30,000 This major UK charity is looking for a technically savvy and data-focused candidate to support a major transformation focused on becoming more data lead. Supporting across all aspects of marketing you will be integral to the campaign process and ultimately championing the tech/data for good mindset. Career progression and development Fun and open work environment Flexible working THE ROLE Sitting in a Data Strategy hub you will work across all channels of the marketing mix to provide the data behind segmentation, selection and donor profiles. Working closely with the campaign team you will create strategic briefs for implementation across channels, closely monitoring opportunities for development. Overhauling data selection strategy to provide customer-focused targeted communications Refining data segmentation and testing effectiveness Liaising with senior business partners to identify new opportunities Working in an agile environment no day will be the same and you will have the chance to work across all stages of the donor lifecycle YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE You don't have to tick every box but experience in some of the below is required: Experience in campaign/marketing selections or segmentation Previous exposure to CRM platforms such as Adobe, Blackbaud or similar bespoke software for charitable giving - preferable but not a deal breaker Coding ability in SQL or FastStats Great communication skills A strategic mindset A passion for driving social change through marketing A degree or higher in a relevant discipline BENEFITS A salary of up to £30,000 Great benefits package Training opportunities Career development options HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Sian Taylor via the apply link on this page
