Live Nation, which is part of Live Nation Entertainment, runs an apprenticeship programme which aims to offer an alternative route for people into employment. We are currently recruiting for two Brand Partnerships Apprentices to join our team for two years. The apprenticeship offers on the job training and onsite assessment by an approved apprenticeship training provider, earning a nationally recognised qualification at the end of the apprenticeship. The Role: In the Account Management team of the Marketing Partnerships department - we handle relationships with Live Nation’s biggest and most exciting brand partners such as Carlsberg, Smirnoff, Pepsi and Barclaycard to name just a few. Our team is responsible for organising experiential, ticketing, and marketing rights to deliver these large-scale partnerships across music festivals including Reading, Leeds and Parklife, and AMG venues such as O2 Academy Brixton. This role will be key in supporting the busy team of Account Managers and Account Directors who will lead the relationships with the brand throughout the year. Typical tasks will include - attending meetings, writing agendas and taking minutes, filling in ticketing and marketing spreadsheets, keeping the team organised and general admin responsibilities. You may also be asked to work onsite at some of our festivals to ensure all goes smoothly with the activations during the event. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working at a fast pace in a structured environment, is very well organised, can meet deadlines, likes to work as part of a busy team, and is professional at all times. Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Suite is essential - e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This is a great role for someone who is interested in learning the world of brand partnerships, marketing, music events and festivals and a great first foot in the door for someone who is interested in exploring a career in Sponsorship. Please note: Our department focusses only on Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships. This is not an Events Management, Promoter or Artist-related role. Responsibilities Keeping on top of all admin for key brand partnerships including but not limited to Agendas and minutes for all client meetings Keeping on top of client calendars to ensure regular meetings are kept like clockwork Upkeep of timelines and deadline documents Accurate logs of marketing approvals and final approved pieces Supporting pulling together professional PowerPoint presentation documents for key client presentations Invoicing and finance trackers Fulfilling all festival related tasks on behalf of partners including but not limited to Accreditation Ticket requirements Bar requirements including cups and T shirt fulfilment Branding and marketing approvals Requirements Competencies/ Skills / Knowledge / Experience Minimum of five or higher GCSE’s or equivalent (including Maths, English).
