Overview
Your new company A leading business within the construction industry are looking for a Senior Social Media and Content Specialist to join the growing team based in Warrington. Your new role Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating, planning and delivering social media campaigns within a multi-brand environment to a diverse B2B customer base. You will be responsible for the social media calendar and strategy working closely with the wider marketing team to help deliver on strategic objectives and proactively seek out stories from across the business and industry to create engaging content that resonates with different customer types. You will create content for digital channels including web, social and email, develop a social calendar, daily social media management, and advertising events via digital channels. You will be expected to produce regular reports to demonstrate ROI across social media and content campaigns. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience of leading and managing social media strategy across a range of platforms within a B2B setting and be an exceptional storyteller with excellent writing and grammar in order to engage a broad range of customers. You will be a creative individual with an eye for detail and be able to deliver customer appropriate content and copy taking in to account tone of voice, SEO and how to ensure a world-class customer journey. You must have experience with social media scheduling software and an understanding of content management systems.
