Overview
The role: You will support the Brand Partnerships Manager to create and deliver marketing campaigns which provide value for Frasers, House of Fraser, USC and our brand partners. You will be a key contact for the marketing teams and the partner brands and work collaboratively with internal functions including the wider marketing team, the merchandising team and the retail team to create and deliver compelling and inspirational marketing campaigns, publications, events and experiences that drive profitable sales and ROI. You will work with brand partners across House of Fraser, USC and our new exciting premium brand Frasers, in one of two categories: Menswear & Womenswear or Beauty & Home. Key accountabilities: · Support brand partner marketing relationships and supplier funding negotiations · Assist the Brand Partnerships Manager to deliver campaigns within the allocated timeframe and within budget · Responsible for compiling a monthly marketing report detailing all marketing activity taking place over the forthcoming period and ensure effective communication to all relevant depts/stores · Maintain marketing administration for the department including management of the PO system and raising invoices, updating the marketing calendar and holding full accountability of the asset portal · Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional colleagues with regard to advertising, promotions, visual merchandising, windows and securing samples for presentations and shoots · Build strong relationships with all key business partners and suppliers, acting as an ambassador, customer and category champion for House of Fraser and Frasers · Review all campaigns on completion to measure effectiveness and work with relevant teams to identify trends and make recommendations for future campaigns and to attract supplier funding for new and ongoing initiatives · Monitor supplier performance to meet agreed promotional targets You: · Marketing qualification degree level or equivalent experience · Keen interest in fashion/beauty and the retail industry · Excellent relationship building/interpersonal skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Demonstrates attention to detail · Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working to tight deadlines · Ability to work well in a fast paced and exciting environment · Experience in a fashion or retail business a bonus
