Key Account Manager £24,000 33 Days Holiday, Company Pension, Free Parking Through a change in the organisation structure and movement from another location in the UK our client is now looking for 3 people to join them as Key Account Managers in Doncaster. You will be given Accounts to manage which are valuable to the business and build on the relationships . The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for retaining existing sales, identifying new business opportunities within an existing designated customer portfolio. Duties include: Maintain and develop key relationships with designated customer portfolio. Develop and maintain the CRM database accurately and in a timely manner updating the business where necessary. Support the maintenance and development of Customer Account Plans. Generate and monitor account performance KPIs/Dashboard ensuring regular reports are circulated internally and issued to the Customer. Resolving customer related concerns/complaints and escalating where necessary. Supporting the Relationship Manager to improve the customer engagement position. Communicate new products and services to customers with a view to generate profitable sales. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and provide the Relationship Management Team with market activity feedback. Provide information to the Relationship Manager to enable them to produce the monthly report. To achieve and maintain the targeted level in the core Customer Engagement competencies. Experience required Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a relevant environment with proven experience of account management Business retention and sales and growth experience Ability to sell and negotiate with closing and follow-up skills Application of the highest ethical standards in all dealings and transactions Can analysis and present data Takes ownership of problems and initiates solutions Sales Support is a specialist division here at Venatu Recruitment Group.
