Overview

Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Business Development Executive to work in a driven telesales environment. This is a pure hunter role. "The Inside Seller needs to continuously search for more knowledge, to be attentive to market trends and always stay up to date with the latest offerings and market trends." You will proactively identify, research and approach Tier 1 industry targets to achieve your new business meeting/sales targets. The role Prospect targets, with the use of telephone calls and emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Self-generate opportunities working to agreed Revenue and GP targets Activity reporting and accurate input of activity data into the CRM (Salesforce) Accountability for new business creation Engage all stakeholders, including account directors, product managers and cross-segment sales leads/managers to ensure greater development opportunities Provide support and ideas for marketing campaigns Meet and exceed targets including Call activity KPI’s The Person Preferably 2 years’ experience in telesales Strong selling skills over the phone High curiosity, researcher, consistently looking for opportunities Persistent and results oriented Customer oriented Competitive spirit Multi tasker Team player Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Strong communication skills Strong listening and telephone sales skills Self-motivated, high energy levels Target driven Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
