Overview

Location: LE16 Working week: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm (FLEXIBLE) Salary: £17,000 to £22,000 (Potentially rising to £25,000 following a successfull probation period for the right) Uncapped Commission Our client are expanding their sales team and are looking for enthusiastic, positive people to join the business. You will be working within the energy department, offering great solutions to clients while learning and understanding all products on offer. The role involves promoting products and services to generate new business via outbound sales, whilst also building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities; · Making outbound calls to businesses, to discuss and promote the services (B2B) · Identifying and understanding their needs · Identifying and tailoring solutions around their business needs · Building rapport and key relationships with clients · Promoting and closing our products and services · Hitting weekly/monthly/quarterly targets Preferred skills will include; · Self-Motivated and driven · Work on your own initiative and part of a team to achieve targets. · Knowledge of Microsoft packages including- Excel, Word, Outlook & Power point · Excellent communication skills · Ability to handle pressure of targets and deadlines The candidate; Energy experience preferred, though not essential as full training will be provided. Outbound sales experience essential.
